London Business School (LBS) sill holds the top position for last 3 years despite a double dip recession. This can be confirmed by the average annual rise in the pay packet of its passing students which has increased by 8 % compared to 2010. However one aspect which might goes against the school is the new student visa policy in UK. As per the new policy, international student will no longer be eligible to work for 2 years post completion of MBA program. This mean students will have to go back to their native land to find jobs where pay are not much. However this might get mitigated by the fact that most of the placements are international. If LBS has to retain its top position in the market, it need to make sure that it remain attractive to international students which account for more than 60% of its enrolment.

Harvard still manage to hold its second position despite a tough competition from both Stanford and Wharton business schools. However it will be interesting to see how it does amid tight competition and slowing US economy.
